JPA Scholarship for Polytechnic (Diploma) 2014 or Biasiswa Politeknik JPA invites applications from qualified candidates who register for studying Diploma programme in local polytechnics for 2013/2014 academic session.
This financial aid will sponsors all programmes offered by polytechnics in Malaysia. Successful applicant who received sponsorship from the Department of Public Service is required to serve the Government or otherwise will be charged for an indemnity claim.
This JPA scholarship application will be opened starting from 5:30 PM on 6th January 2014 until 13th January 2014.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Malaysian citizen;
- Open to students who have Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) only;
- Not more than 19 years old on the date of advertisement;
- Has obtained admission to pursue studies in the first year of Diploma programme in January or July 2013/2014 session;
- At least grade C (honors) in Bahasa Malaysia;
- Minimum grade B in 6 other subjects.
Who Are NOT Eligible To Apply:
- Students enrolled in Certificate programmes;
- Students who are currently in Year 2 of study and above;
- Students pursuing courses related to education / airline / aircraft maintenance / Diploma in Nursing and Semi Medical which are operated by the Ministry of Health and so on;
- Twinning programmes with foreign institutions or other similar programmes;
- Applicant who already has a Diploma;
- Students who are pursuing distance learning / part time;
- A student who has a Diploma Lepasan Ijazah or Diploma organized by a particular department / agency.
How To Apply:
- Applications can be made via online application for free through JPA portal at http://www.jpa.gov.my or http://esilav2.jpa.gov.my starting from 6th January 2014 (Monday);
- Applicants are allowed to update the information that has been filled at any time until the closing date. Only latest information will be considered as acceptance of the application;
- Online application form which is downloaded, printed and mailed by mail will not be processed;
- Online application requires no copy of certificates, unless otherwise stated in the "Cetak Slip" column;
- Applicant shall ensure the application process is completed by printing and checking the information contained in the “Slip Pengesahan Permohonan Biasiswa JPA Tahun 2014” as proof of application has been made;
