Yayasan Pelajaran MARA JAD-MJHEP Scholarship

Yayasan Pelajaran MARA invites applications from qualified students who meet the entry requirements to apply for Japanese Associate Degree (JAD) - Malaysia Japan Higher Education Program (MJHEP) Scholarship for academic session 2014/2019.

Being introduced as HELPII project kicked-off, Japanese Associate Degree Program (JAD) is a special project by the Malaysian government to provide scholarships for Bumiputera students to further their studies in Japan.

This scholarship package will be fully sponsored by Yayasan Pelajaran Mara (YPM) for 5 years (3 years in Malaysia + 2 years in Japan) in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering programmes.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be a Malaysian Bumiputera student;
  • Achieved minimum result in SPM 2013 Trial Exam with A in Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Malay Language, English Language, Islamic / Moral Education, History and other related subjects;
  • Minimum results of SPM 2013 Trial Exam is a prerequisite to be called for interview;
  • Academic re-evaluation will be held after the announcement of SPM 2013 final result.

  • Application can be made online via JADYPM Portal (www.jadypm.edu.my) by using SPM 2013 Trial Exam result;
  • Please do not send application by post or email as they will be automatically rejected;
