Perak State Higher Education Loan 2013

Perak Higher Education Loan 2013 is offered to qualified Perak-born students who are currently seeking financial assistance to pursue their higher education. This study loan is only applicable for Diploma, Degree, Master and Ph.D programmes at the following selected institutions.

Perak State Higher Education Loan for Diploma, Degree, Master and Ph.D courses.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Applicant and father or mother / guardian must be Malaysian citizens and born in Perak; OR
  • Applicant and father or mother / guardian are Malaysian, but not born in Perak must have resided in the State for more than 10 years; OR
  • Applicant and father or mother / guardian are Malaysian, but using address outside of the State have resided in the State for more than 10 years;
  • Pass SPM with credit in Bahasa Melayu;
  • Pass SPM with CGPA 2.00 and above for applicants who are currently pursuing their studies;
  • Has been offered to pursue a full-time study at the selected universities / colleges above (Diploma, Degree, Master and Ph.D only);
  • Remaining period of study during the application shall not be less than one (1) year;
  • Not accepting any financial assistance from other parties.
How To Apply:
  • Application can only be made online via http://epinjaman.perak.gov.my;
  • Completed application form should be printed before the closing date;
  • The application form and supporting documents must be printed and sent to the administration after the student has been offered study loans:
